The condition is clearly stated, ranging from "Like New" to "Good Condition."
Q.Is there any warranty after purchase?
A.Yes, all products come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
In the unlikely event of a problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Q.Is this a SIM-free device?
A.Yes, all devices are sold SIM-free or carrier unlocked.
You can use your existing SIM card.
Q.Can I order from overseas?
A.Yes, oasis mobi ships to countries around the world.
Shipping costs and customs procedures vary depending on your country or region, so please check the checkout screen.
Q:What payment methods are available?
A.We accept major online payment methods such as credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
Q.How is the condition of the product graded?
A.Our specialist staff checks the appearance and operation of the product and rates it on a four-point scale: S (Like new), A (Excellent condition), B (Good condition), or C (Slightly used).

Q.Are there any accessories included with the smartphone I purchased?
A.Accessories vary depending on the product, but generally a charging cable and SIM pin are included.
Boxes, earphones, etc. may not be included.
Q:When will the product be shipped?
A:We usually ship within 2-5 business days after confirming your payment.
Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
Q.Can I cancel or return my purchase?
