About Shipping
  • • Shipping origin: All items will be shipped from Japan (Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture).
  • • Shipping date: We usually ship within 3 business days after confirming your payment.
  • • Shipping carrier: We use international shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, and EMS.
  • • Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, but there may be delays due to customs procedures, etc.
  • • Shipping fee: Please check the cart screen when placing your order.
  • • Customs Duties/Sales Tax: Import duties and local sales taxes in Dubai (UAE) are the responsibility of the customer.
Not covered by warranty
  • • Breakdown/damage caused by customer misuse or modification
  • • Minor scratches on the exterior or deterioration due to use
  • • Defective products beyond the warranty period
Your rights under UAE consumer protection law
  • • If you receive a defective product, you can choose to have it repaired/replaced/refunded.
  • • There are no disclaimers that restrict fundamental consumer rights.
  • • If you have any questions or problems, please contact us and, if necessary, file a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Authority.
