These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set out the terms of use for oasis mobi (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by L-line Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). Customers must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

- 2. The sales contract will be concluded when we send you a confirmation email after your order is completed.

- 2. Any fees incurred in making a payment will be borne by the customer.
- Article 4 (Delivery of Products)
- Returns/refunds will be governed by the separately specified "Refund/Return Policy." Under UAE consumer protection laws, you have the right to choose between a refund, replacement or repair for defective or not-as-described goods.

- 2. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
- 3. However, this does not limit the rights of consumers under the UAE Consumer Protection Law or other local laws and regulations.
