At oasis mobi, we strive to provide our customers with peace of mind.
If there is a problem with the product or if the product you receive is different from what you ordered, we will handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligible for return/refund

  • • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered
  • • Damage during transportation
  • • If the product is significantly different from the product description.
Return/Refund Policy
  • • Please contact us by email or via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • • Returns will not be accepted without prior notification.
  • • In the event of initial defects or incorrect shipping, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • • If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Method
  • • Credit card payment: Refund will be made through your card company.
  • • PayPal payment: Refund to your PayPal account
  • • Bank transfer: Refund to your designated account (bank transfer fees are borne by the customer)
Exchange
  • • If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for the same item.
  • • If the item is out of stock, we will refund you.
Warranty Information
  • • Products come with a warranty for a certain period from the date of purchase.
  • • If the same defect occurs repeatedly, we will replace or refund the product.
  • • If repairs take more than 7 business days, we may provide a replacement product.
